Come home to your posture

horawellness,

Most of us do not lose our posture in a single dramatic moment. We misplace it in inches — a laptop, a child on one hip, a shoulder that learned to live forward. Pilates does not yank it back. It invites it.

At Hora we start with the feet. If the feet are noisy, the knees negotiate, the hips brace, the ribs flare. A reformer session that looks like ‘core work’ is often just teaching the body to stack itself without effort.

Come as you are. You do not need to be flexible, strong, or already ‘good at this’. You need an hour, a teacher who is watching, and a willingness to notice.
